VPAD I3700 is a premium quality quenching oil additive package specially formulated with a variety of additives such as highly effective cooling accelerant, antioxidant, brightening agent and antirust additives.

VPAD I3700 is specially designed for the formulation of quenching oils needing to have good antioxidation, fast cooling, higher specific temperature (above 650°C) and excellent brightening ability.
VPAD I3700 is quite applicable in fast quenching oil and overspeed quenching oil, especially for light color quenching oil which has requirements for maximum cooling speed.
The maximum cooling speed can reach up to 110°C/s, in order, to keep drag-out losses to a minimum, the quenching oil should be allowed to drain off the components after treatment.
VPAD I3700 additive package, in conjunction with antifoam agent and demulsifier offers a high quality quenching oils.
